Dear Councillors,

Location: Snow City
Date: 1st November 2010 (Monday)
Time 3pm - 8.45pm (Please be at snow city by 2.45pm)

Flow of event:
2.45pm: Arrive at Snow City
3.00 - 3.30pm: Change into your snow gears
3.30 - 4.00pm: Snow Chamber (Winter Olympics)
4.00 - 4.45pm: Free Play
4.45 - 5.00pm: Change and return the snow gear
5.10pm: Bus ride to WCP (West Coast Park)
5.30pm: Arrival at WCP, Carpark B
5.30 - 6.00pm: Start BBQ Fire & Icebreaker Games
6.00 - 7.45pm: BBQ & Team building games
7.45 - 8.00pm: Lucky draw & Evaluation
8.00pm: End of event

Things to bring for the event:
1) Long Pants
2) Council T-shirt/House T-shirt
3) A pair of gloves
4) Snacks & Drinks (Optional)
5) Sports equipment [E.g. Basketball, Soccer ball] (Optional)

Those councillors who had not paid the 20 dollars are required to bring it on the day itself too.
