Chinese New Year Celebrations

We need 15 Councillors who are able to help out on the day of Chinese New year Celebrations, and who can come for all the rehearsals. It does not require much effort, just shifting some chairs for the Chinese Orchestra and we just need the practice to do it fast on the day itself. And possible help out where we are needed. Here are the details..

Dates: Rehearsals - 13, 15, 20 Jan
Actual Day : 23rd Jan
Councillors needed : 15
Time of rehearsals: 230-430
