The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, December 30, 2011, from 9.00 AM onwards at the AVA Theatrette. Please turn up in your Council/House T-shirt and white school pants/shorts.
As breakfast will be not provided, it is advised that you have your meals before the meeting.
