Dear Councillors,
The EXCO is organising an event on the 26th March this Saturday. This event is to commemorate Earth Hour, where everyone in the world is encouraged to switch off their lights during that hour. It will also serve as an opportunity to bond the council.
The event comprises of games and an Earth Hour walk. Dinner will also be provided.
Details of the events:
Date: 26th March, this Saturday
Reporting time: 5.45pm at the Shaw hall
Estimated dismissal time: 10.00pm
Dress Code: Council Tee with PE pants
Required items to be brought: 1. Water bottle 2.Poncho/Umbrella 3.Torchlight
Dinner is provided for the event.
