Dear Councillors,
The duties list has been amended, and will take effect from 3rd August 2009. Please refer to your respective hall and morning assembly duties, you are expected to be punctual for your duties and perform these duties up to expectations. Any mistakes made shall be referred to me or any of the EXCO members. For the late-coming duties, this is a reminder that you are supposed to bring your oral digital thermometers (ODTs) when you are doing your duty.
